Veterinary Technician

Four Points at Four Paws Veterinary Hospital is seeking a skilled and motivated veterinary technician to join our team. This role is ideal for a technician who thrives in surgery and is passionate about delivering high-quality, compassionate care to patients while supporting a collaborative and positive team environment. We are looking for a confident, dependable technician who takes pride in their technical abilities and is passionate about patient care. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and thrives in a collaborative environment where teamwork and support are a priority. This is a Full-Time position with flexible scheduling options and availability Monday-Friday and rotating Saturdays. What You’ll Do Manage surgical caseloads, including preparation, assisting, and recovery Perform anesthesia induction, monitoring, and maintenance with a strong focus on patient safety Perform dental prophylaxis and take dental radiographs Collect diagnostic samples, including cystocentesis, and perform laboratory work such as microscope evaluation Maintain accurate medical records and support efficient hospital workflow Full‑Time Benefits and Compensation Compensation: $22-$24/hour, for each hour worked* Bonus Package: Up to $2,000 CE Allowance: $500 for the first year & $1,000 every year following (for LVTs) Health Package: Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance (with HSA option) Paid time off in accordance with site policy and applicable law 401(k) Match Employee pet discounts Life Insurance and Disability Employee Assistance Program Great team culture And more!
