As part of our in-house therapy model, you’ll collaborate closely with nursing, leadership, and other rehab team members to make a direct, positive impact on resident lives—every day.---**Position Overview**As our Full-Time Physical Therapist, you will play a key role in evaluating residents, developing personalized treatment plans, and delivering evidence-based interventions to support mobility, independence, and overall well-being.
