What You'll Do

As a Mid-Stage Collections Representative, you will manage accounts that are 9 to 15 days delinquent, working directly with customers to resolve payment issues before accounts progress further into delinquency.

Responsibilities include:

• Contact customers regarding past-due auto loan accounts
• Negotiate payment arrangements while maintaining positive customer relationships
• Identify the cause of delinquency and provide appropriate payment solutions
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly collection and performance goals
• Document all customer interactions accurately within the collection system
• Maintain compliance with company policies, FDCPA guidelines, and applicable state and federal regulations
• Collaborate with teammates and management to achieve department objectives

What You'll Bring

• Minimum 2 to 3 years of automotive collections experience required
• Proven ability to negotiate payment arrangements and overcome objections
• Strong verbal communication and customer service skills
• Knowledge of automotive finance and delinquency management
• Working knowledge of FDCPA and collection compliance requirements
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED
• Ability to work every other Saturday
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Successfully pass a background check
