$45,000-$65,000 + Bonuses + Commissions

What You’ll Do
- Lead high-energy group training sessions
- Coach members to achieve life-changing results
- Develop and mentor coaching staff
- Support member onboarding and accountability
- Help drive studio growth, retention, and culture
- Partner with leadership to create a world-class member experience
Who We’re Looking For
- Certified fitness professional (NASM, ACE, or equivalent)
- Strong leader who can inspire both members and staff
- Positive, energetic, and accountable
- Passionate about helping people transform their lives
- Growth-minded and ready for more than “just coaching”
Compensation & Benefits
