Responsibilities Provide a warm, attentive area for their infant in a safe and engaging environment Support developmental milestones through play, creativity, and daily interactions Spend lots of time outdoors enjoying walks and active routines Follow babes cues with patience, attentiveness, and care Handle baby-related tasks including laundry, bottles, pump parts, and tidy play areas Rotate toys and activities to encourage learning and development Keep daily logs of naps, feeds, diapers, and important updates Work closely with parents as a team to support the childs growth and routine Qualifications 2+ years of professional childcare experience (infant experience required) CPR certified (or willing to obtain prior to start) Ability and desire to commit long-term Guaranteed hours Paid time off Medical Stipend Legal pay in accordance with WA state labor laws If this sounds like you, we look forward to connecting with you!
