We're looking for a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our rehab team in Rifle, Coloradoan outdoor enthusiast's paradise between the Rocky Mountains and the Colorado River. This role covers inpatient and outpatient care, offering the chance to work with a diverse patient population on individualized recovery plans. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for patients recovering from injury, illness, or surgery
- Deliver skilled therapy in both inpatient and outpatient environments
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, including physicians, nurses, and other therapists
- Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and care strategies
- Document treatment progress and update care plans accordingly
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Current or eligible Colorado PT licensure
- Strong clinical reasoning, adaptability, and a commitment to patient-centered care
