Talent Operations Specialist

Seeking a highly organized and proactive Talent Operations Specialist, this fully remote position will manage the half-cycle recruitment experience for both internal and external candidates, ensuring a seamless and equitable hiring journey while serving as the primary administrator of the Insperity Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Key Responsibilities Execute full-cycle recruiting, including job description drafting, candidate sourcing, and pipeline management Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and provide strategic insights throughout the selection process Maintain data integrity within the ATS, leveraging reporting capabilities to track key recruiting metrics and streamline workflows Required Qualifications 4-5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruiting Operations, or Human Resources, preferably in a fast-paced or remote environment Hands-on experience managing an Applicant Tracking System, with a preference for Insperity ATS / BrightMove Exceptional organizational skills and a keen eye for detail and data accuracy Proven ability to build relationships and partner effectively with cross-functional leaders and hiring managers Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively articulate the employer brand to candidates
