Job Description Draft insurance coverage opinions and coverage position letters involving complex policy issues Analyze insurance policies, claims, potential exposures, and coverage obligations Handle insurance coverage litigation matters across jurisdictions nationwide Conduct detailed legal research and develop clear, persuasive written analysis Collaborate closely with partners and associates on sophisticated coverage matters Communicate effectively with clients regarding coverage strategy, litigation developments, and case direction Build practical litigation and insurance coverage experience while taking on increasing responsibility Qualifications 2+ years of insurance coverage experience Active Illinois Bar admission JD from an accredited law school Excellent legal research, analytical, and writing skills Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities Experience with commercial general liability, commercial auto, professional liability, or D&O policies is preferred Ability to thrive in a collaborative, team‑oriented practice Why You Will Love Working Here You will join a team that combines sophisticated legal work with genuine investment in attorney development.
