Pay Range: $90k - $110k + bonus & profit sharing Summary Connect Search is hiring an Human Resources Manager/HRBP in Osseo. Responsibilities Lead employee relations activities including investigations, coaching, conflict resolution, and policy interpretation Partner with leaders on workforce planning, organizational development, succession planning, and employee engagement initiatives Support talent acquisition efforts including recruiting strategy, interviewing, onboarding, and retention Utilize HR metrics and analytics to identify trends and support business decisions Guide leaders through performance management, feedback, and employee development processes Support organizational change initiatives and drive a culture of accountability and collaboration Ensure compliance with employment laws, EEO-1 reporting, Aff Provide day-to-day HR guidance and support to employees and leaders Qualifications Bachelor’s degree is required 7+ years of progressive HR experience is required Employee relations experience is required Multi-state HR experience is required 2+ years of management experience is required Manufacturing industry experience is preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr Connect Search, LLC
