This executive role demands a leader with a proven track record in managing and expanding large-scale revenue portfolios, particularly within the corporate food services, contract hospitality, or business and industry dining sectors. The Chief Growth Officer will be tasked with leading, mentoring, and developing a high-performing team, as well as establishing and nurturing trusted relationships with senior C-suite decision-makers. The position requires a deep understanding of the industry, superb relational leadership skills, and the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels. Applicants for the Chief Growth Officer position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' of experience in B2B sales, business development, or strategic account management, with a strong preference for those with a background in services-driven or contract management industries. The role demands a candidate with a Bachelor's degree, and an MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
