We’re looking for an experienced massage therapist to join our wellness team of healthcare professionals in our Downers Grove chiropractic clinic.

This is a part-time position (15-18 hours per week) with the following shifts: Mondays 8-12 Noon, Wednesdays from 12 Noon-7PM and Fridays from 8AM-3PM.

Compensation:

40% commission

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate each client’s physical condition, stress level, and medical history to determine the most effective types of massage for their course of treatment
• Treat clients safely and effectively using the appropriate therapeutic massage techniques that meet their needs
• Support a positive working environment for both clients and staff through relationship building and team development
• Offer supplementary services or products that complement the client’s treatment plan
• Offer general wellness maintenance advice to clients such as stretching and strengthening techniques

Qualifications:

• Over one year of work experience as a massage therapist
• Must possess high-level interpersonal and communications skills
• Must have graduated high school or received an equivalent degree
• Completion of a massage therapy program preferred
• Licensure must comply with state and local laws and regulations
