Applicants for the Senior Chief of Staff position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, with a minimum of 10 years' experience, including at least 5 years' in healthcare consulting or a strategic role in the healthcare industry. The role demands a candidate with a proven track record of collaborating and influencing at the executive level, as well as defining and deploying strategies for organizations at the company level.
