Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Conduct culturally sensitive and strength-based assessments for new patients and their families to gather comprehensive insights and inform treatment plans. \n
- Provide individual and family therapy based on identified patient needs, utilizing various therapeutic approaches and techniques to foster positive outcomes. \n
- Accurately complete documentation, billing, individualized treatment plans, and insurance authorization forms in accordance with established deadlines to ensure smooth operation and compliance with regulations. \n
- Develop and implement crisis plans, safety plans, relapse prevention strategies, and wellness plans to support clients in maintaining stable functioning. \n
- Create structured discharge plans that address client needs upon exit from services, ensuring a healthy transition to independent functioning. \n
- Adhere strictly to all federal and state laws, regulatory requirements, and the policies and procedures established by Impireum. \n
- Engage in continuous professional development by participating in training, workshops, and ongoing education opportunities to enhance skills and clinical competency. \n
- Participate in regular case consultations and agency meetings to foster collaborative approaches to client care and share insights with colleagues. \n
- Complete all necessary licensure and mandatory training required to maintain a high standard of clinical practice. \n
You will work with a varied patient population, providing support to individuals and families dealing with a range of mental health concerns. Your approach will honor the cultural backgrounds and unique experiences of each client while tailoring therapeutic interventions to effectively meet their specific challenges.
Qualifications\n- \n
- A Master’s degree in social work, counseling, marriage and family counseling, or a related field that leads to licensure. \n
- Active licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (LCPC, LMFT, LCSW-C) within the State of Maryland. \n
Preference will be given to candidates with practical experience in diverse therapeutic settings, specifically those experienced in crisis intervention, family therapy, and collaborative treatment strategies. Experience working within community health clinics or similar environments is highly desirable.
Compensation and Benefits\nThis position offers a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with your experience and licensing qualifications. Additional benefits include:
