Job Description
Candidate must be driven, highly organized, and a team player. Must also be comfortable sitting in front of clients and be able to communicate back and forth via email and phone.
Responsibilities:
- Answering the phone and gathering client information
- Fill out FIRPTA documents including 8288 & 8288-B, and W-7
- Prep individual foreign tax returns for real estate rentals or sales
- Work with client to gather missing information
- Working knowledge of Thomson Reuters Ultratax is helpful.
Pay is competitive and based on experience. Two additional bonuses are giving every year based on individual and business performance.
Office hours are 9-5 pm, M-F; overtime during tax season is required.
