Scope Looking for experienced nurses who want to work one‑on‑one with families in their homes. Complete person‑centered care, including medication management and monitoring of underlying health conditions. Skilled nursing requirements vary. Working collaboratively with other private nurses and an experienced nurse case manager. General Schedule Daytime and nighttime shifts, depending on specific client needs. Location Western Suburbs. Pay Starting at $45/hr, depending on experience and skillset.
