Mechanical & Electronics Assembly

ENTRY LEVEL manufacturing career opportunity!

Day Shift and Swing Shift available

Vancouver, WA

$18/hr.

Job Description

Utilize various hand and power tools such as screwdrivers, wire cutters, and crimpers to assemble electrical box units of varying sizes. This role involves pulling wires and installing doors to complete the assembly process.

Responsibilities

• Use hand and power tools for assembly tasks.
• Pull wires and install doors on electrical box units.
• Stand, bend, stoop, reach, and lift up to 50lbs consistently.

Essential Skills

• Experience using hand and power tools.
• Ability to stand, bend, reach, stoop, and lift.
• Experience and ability in assembling items such as furniture, computers, cars, or appliances.

Desirable Skills & Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing or production work experience.
• On-the-job assembly experience.

Work Environment

The work environment is a lean manufacturing setting that is clean, organized, bright, and fairly quiet. Occasionally, employees may encounter a paint-like smell in certain areas. Our Client is a leading electronics design and manufacturing provider in the Northwest, serving a diverse range of industries, from consumer products to highly technical and regulated sectors such as Medical, Aviation, Space, and Defense.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Vancouver, WA.

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
