Ken Garff Kia Avondale is growing and looking for experienced Automotive Sales Consultants to join our team in a brand-new, approximately 40,000 sq. ft. state-of-the-art dealership facility .

This is an exciting opportunity for experienced automotive sales professionals who know how to work both Internet and showroom/floor traffic , build strong customer relationships, follow up consistently, and close deals.

We are looking for proven dealership sales professionals who are ready to grow with a new, modern operation.

COMPENSATION

$7,000-$16,000+ PER MONTH

$3,000 GUARANTEED MONTHLY PAY

Compensation is performance-driven, giving experienced automotive sales professionals the opportunity to earn significant income based on individual production and results.

90-DAY TRAINING & DEVELOPMENT

Your first 90 days will be focused on training and development .

INTERNET + FLOOR SALES

This position will work with both Internet customers and traditional showroom/floor traffic .

INTERNET SALES RESPONSIBILITIES

• Respond promptly to Internet and digital leads
• Build relationships with customers before they arrive
• Follow up consistently by phone, text, email, and CRM
• Set and confirm quality appointments
• Maintain strong follow-up throughout the sales process
• Convert Internet opportunities into showroom visits and sales
• Maintain accurate customer records and notes
• Work leads according to dealership processes and expectations

FLOOR SALES RESPONSIBILITIES

• Greet and professionally engage showroom and lot traffic
• Identify customer needs and vehicle preferences
• Present and demonstrate vehicles
• Conduct effective test drives
• Explain vehicle features, benefits, and technology
• Build value and establish customer trust
• Negotiate and close automotive sales
• Work closely with Sales Managers and Finance
• Follow the customer through the complete sales process
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience
• Generate repeat and referral business

TEKION EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

Previous Tekion experience is required.

Candidates should be comfortable using Tekion for customer management, lead follow-up, sales processes, and daily dealership operations.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

AUTOMOTIVE DEALERSHIP SALES EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED.

We are specifically looking for experienced automotive retail sales professionals who understand the dealership environment.

Qualified candidates should have:

• Previous automotive dealership sales experience
• Experience selling new and/or used vehicles
• Tekion experience
• Experience working Internet leads and showroom traffic
• Strong customer relationship-building skills
• Proven follow-up abilities
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to conduct professional vehicle demonstrations
• Strong negotiation and closing skills
• Ability to work with Sales Managers and Finance
• Professional and customer-focused approach
