As our Board Certified Behavior Analyst, you’ll lead a team of behavior technicians, build individualized intervention plans, and work with families and physicians to deliver tailored ABA therapy. Total Annual Compensation: $88,000-$113,000 Annual Salary:$88,000-$113,000 Annual Individual Bonus: $7,000 – $18,000 (paid monthly) Sign On Bonus: $5,000–$20,000 (depending on start date and location) Why BlueSprig?
