Job Title: Sales Operations Associate (Entry Level)


Location: Ashburn, VA || Annapolis Junction, MD || Dallas, TX || Basking Ridge, NJ

Role Overview


We are seeking an Entry-Level Sales Operations Associate to join our Sales Support team. In this role, you will support critical sales operations by reviewing, researching, and validating customer and account data using internal tools and systems. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is eager to learn new tools and processes while delivering excellent customer support.


What You'll Do
  • Review, research, and process Sales Account and NASP requests using provided tools and datasets.
  • Perform Customer Legal Entity (CLE) reviews, including updates and duplicate cleanup, to ensure accuracy and uniqueness per customer.
  • Review requirements, test, and validate new functionality within GCH applications.
  • Support system testing activities, including evenings or weekends as required.
  • Provide timely and professional customer support via phone and email , ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Consistently meet or exceed SLA timelines while managing multiple requests.
Required Qualifications (Must-Have)
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to manually review and correlate data across multiple sources.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets for data analysis.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills .
  • Ability to quickly learn new tools, systems, and processes.
  • Strong collaboration skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Comfortable working under tight deadlines in a structured, SLA-driven setting.
  • Flexibility to support system testing outside regular business hours when needed.
Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-Have)
  • Prior experience in customer service or operational support roles.
  • Familiarity with data validation, compliance, or back-office operations.
Education & Certifications
  • High School Diploma required
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Data analysis or related certifications are a plus
  • Para-legal knowledge is an added advantage
