HVAC - Install Technician

What You'll Do Install HVAC equipment according to safety requirements, company standards, and manufacturer specifications Pre-measure job sites to properly prepare for installation Serve customers by analyzing work orders, following daily travel schedules, listening to customer concerns, performing designated work, and proactively solving problems Cooperate with other departments to continually improve process and information flow For each installation job, request necessary parts and equipment in advance and verify the truck is loaded with all materials needed to complete it Document work performed in accordance with company procedure Provide guidance to assistants or apprentices and share knowledge Keep personal tools and equipment operable and up to date Maintain current knowledge of HVAC codes and standards All other duties and responsibilities as assigned by supervisor/manager What You'll Bring 1+ years of residential HVAC experience Proficient knowledge of different models of HVAC systems Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Excellent communication and customer service skills Physical Demands Stand/Sit: Must be able to remain in a stationary position for 50% of the time May be required to bend, climb stairs/ladders, perform repetitive motion, kneel, reach, squat, stand, crawl, walk, and run May be required to drive and sit for long periods of time May be required to lift/move up to 50 lbs. frequently Comfortable working in confined spaces, heights, and varying weather conditions Benefits Competitive earnings: average take-home of $80K-$150K+ annually with uncapped performance compensation Up to 2 weeks Paid Vacation 401(k) Retirement Plan with company match Medical, Dental, Vision (employee and eligible family members) Company life insurance; supplemental life and AD&D Disability (Short Term and Long Term) Insurance Critical Illness Insurance FSA – Flexible Spending Account Uniforms provided Company issued iPad and iPhone Tools, equipment, company vehicle and gas card provided Employee discounts; career growth opportunities Apply Today We are an equal opportunity employer, embracing diversity and ensuring equal opportunities for all qualified applicants.
