Key Responsibilities:

• Own the overarching marketing strategy and content roadmap, ensuring all initiatives align with long-term business goals
• Partner directly with Sales and external partners to provide marketing insights that drive revenue and strengthen partnership ties
• Produce high-value, engaging content for our website, blog, and social channels that attracts, educates, and converts our target audience
• Measure and report on the performance of all campaigns; utilize data to gain deep insights and pivot strategies against established KPIs
• Analyze consumer behavior and market trends to refine and optimize email marketing and digital advertising campaigns
• Ensure consistent messaging and "voice" across all technical documentation and marketing collateral

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or other related.
• 3-5 years of professional marketing experience, specifically within technical products or the commercial engineering field
• Exceptional writing, messaging, and presentation skills; ability to distill technical jargon into compelling narratives
• Deep knowledge of digital marketing tools
• Proven ability to multi-task and lead projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities
• A "sharp eye" for detail and a commitment to high-quality output
