Account Coordinator

Green Bay Packaging is seeking an Account Coordinator to support customers and sales in our manufacturing operations. In this role, you will manage daily customer inquiries, enter and track orders, and coordinate with production, logistics, and inventory teams to ensure on-time, accurate delivery of corrugated and paperboard products. You will prepare quotes, maintain pricing and customer records, and resolve service issues with a focus on responsiveness and quality. This position requires strong organizational and communication skills, attention to detail, and comfort working in a fast-paced, team-oriented manufacturing environment.
