Experience Must have at least 1 year of experience as a physical therapist in a hospital. New graduates can also apply. Certification Requirements BLS certification required. State License Requirements Must have a license to work in Oregon. Additional Information Help with moving costs is available. $10,000 bonus for full-time workers. $5,000 bonus for part-time workers.
