What you’ll do Assists in supervising a store team focused on creating an unforgettable shopping experience that leaves our customers looking and feeling their best. Supports leadership development and sales lead responsibilities, interacting with customers regularly and helping the store team achieve sales goals. As a key holder, participates in efficiently and accurately executing maurices Standard Operating Practices (SOPs), including opening and closing the store.
