Job Description Job Description Material Handler This position is directly responsible for pre-stage functions, including receiving, put away and picking of materials to stock job carts. This position assists and participates in meeting the Receiving/Pre-Stage Team objectives including quality, safety, on-time, and accurate shipments, housekeeping and stockroom accuracy. Responsible for proper identification and storage of raw material, dies, stockroom accuracy and cycle counting. Essential Functions: Receives incoming raw materials and dies verifying shipments against purchase orders, packing slips, and assessing damaged goods. Processes receiving, identification of raw materials and dies along with coordination of retool and new die requests with the Purchasing Department. Performs inventory transactions and cycle counts as required. Moves stock to storage and store in assigned locations. Requirements: Education: High School Diploma or GED Experience: Minimum one-year of manufacturing experience preferred.
