About the Role
The Company is seeking a VP of Business Development to join their team. The successful candidate will work closely with the Managing Director and other leaders to drive firmwide growth initiatives, with a focus on M&A, advisor recruiting, and strategic projects. This high-visibility, high-impact role involves active participation in all aspects of M&A, from sourcing to execution, as well as playing a key role in talent acquisition and contributing to various operational and policy development activities. The ideal candidate will have a background in an RIA or a related platform and must possess strong Excel capabilities. The role is set in an entrepreneurial environment, offering broad responsibilities and the opportunity to be directly involved in the company's expansion. The VP of Business Development will be expected to have a proactive and dynamic approach, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented setting. Experience in a similar role within the financial services industry is essential, and the candidate should be prepared to take on a position with significant responsibility and a compensation structure tied to performance.
