Your Role What You'll Be Engaging With

• Conduct routine and advanced clinical laboratory assayscovering chemistry, hematology, immunology, and morefollowing standardized protocols.
• Evaluate results for precision, troubleshoot discrepancies, and carry out maintenance and calibration for laboratory equipment.
• Assist in specimen collection and prepare samples for examination as required.
• Thoroughly document all processes, mentor new staff or students, and help ensure continual compliance with lab quality standards.
• Foster a clean, safe working atmosphere and strictly follow safety regulations and accreditation programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or a comparably relevant allied health degree with preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.

Certifications

• ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) to be achieved within the first year of employment.
• Maintain active certification throughout your tenure.
