Dealer Sales Manager

Dealer Sales Manager - Baltimore, MD Field-based Come build your career. Responsibilities Grow, develop, and drive sales within a specific region or market. Manage dealer inventories to ensure appropriate category growth by market and to increase category penetration in underdeveloped markets. Execute new dealer activities: prospecting, completing all paperwork, onboarding of new dealers, training new dealers. Attend meetings and shows such as national sales training, dealer convention, test drive events, regional meetings, etc. Parts look‑ups, parts reorders, parts pricing issues. Service – work with dealers to resolve issues, locate service bulletins, handle returns. Warranty – follow up on denied claims, work with dealers on non‑traditional warranties. Qualifications Field‑based employee – travel 50–60% of the time depending on sales season and customer requirements. Comfortable hauling a trailer with equipment over 50% of the time and responsible for meeting DOT requirements where applicable. 4‑year degree preferred or combination of additional experience and education. 5+ years of successful performance selling into an independent retail channel. Competent in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel). Details The base pay range for this position in Maryland is $75,000–$85,000 per year. Pay is based on market location and may vary depending on job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience. A sign‑on payment may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
