About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President for Client Services with a focus on investor relations, marketing, and business development. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing an exceptional client experience, managing a diverse set of responsibilities, and leading initiatives to support investor business operations. This includes overseeing capital transactions, collaborating with cross-functional partners, and advocating for strategic initiatives that enhance efficiency and personalize investor services. The role also involves managing a complex workload, making sound judgments with a client-first mindset, and upholding the brand's quality standards. Applicants must have a minimum of 8 years' of experience in investor relations, client onboarding, operational due diligence, or account administration. A Series 3 license is required within six months of hire, with sponsorship provided. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the industry, a keen interest in process improvements and emerging technologies, and experience in leading or mentoring teams. Excellent communication, presentation skills, and attention to detail are essential, as is the ability to work independently and strategically. The role offers the opportunity to work closely with internal sales and relationship management teams and to engage frequently with external investors.
