Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) – Pediatric Location: Westborough, MA (Onsite) Job Type: Full-Time or Part-Time (15-35 hrs/week) Position Summary Seeking a compassionate and dependable Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to provide individualized occupational therapy services to pediatric patients in an outpatient setting. Responsibilities Provide one-on-one therapy under the supervision of an OTR/L. Implement treatment plans addressing fine motor, sensory, visual-motor, ADL, and developmental skills. Conduct engaging, age-appropriate therapeutic activities. Complete timely clinical documentation. Communicate with families and collaborate with the multidisciplinary therapy team. Requirements Active Massachusetts COTA license required. Strong communication and organizational skills. Pediatric experience preferred but not required. COTAs transitioning from other clinical settings are encouraged to apply.
