$50K Base Salary + Performance-Based Commissions + Bonuses Location: Newburyport, MA | Full-Time | In-Office Competitive? Ambitious? Ready to Build a Career in Sales? At CapEx Resources, we're looking for driven, confident, and motivated individuals who want to develop real sales skills, earn performance-based commissions, and grow in a competitive, team-oriented environment. You don't need years of sales experience to succeed here. We're looking for people with the right attitude, communication skills, work ethic, and willingness to learn. Whether your background is in athletics, hospitality, customer service, retail, or another field, we want to hear from you. What You'll Do:
- Connect with business owners across the country through outbound phone calls.
- Build relationships and identify business financing needs.
- Learn how to present working capital and equipment financing solutions.
- Develop negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Work alongside experienced sales professionals and receive hands-on training.
- Competitive mindset and a strong desire to succeed.
- Confidence communicating with people over the phone.
- Self-motivation, resilience, and willingness to learn.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work full-time, in person, at our Newburyport office.
