As a NAPA Counter Sales , you will be the "face of the retail store" and the go-to person for customers seeking automotive parts and advice. While knowledge of automotive parts is preferred, a willingness to learn is equally valued. Responsibilities include: Providing auto parts answers and solutions to retail and wholesale customers in person and over the phone. Assisting team members with customer inquiries. Delivering outstanding customer service and creating a positive shopping experience. Engaging with customers to foster a welcoming environment. Utilizing technology such as computers, cash registers, and catalogs. This opportunity is ideal if you: Enjoy helping customers with their auto parts needs. Have experience in automotive or have tinkered with cars/trucks. Are eager to learn about automotive parts. Seek growth and career development within a supportive team. Requirements include: Valid Driver’s License. Experience in a parts store or automotive industry, or a willingness to learn. High School Diploma or GED; technical or trade courses a plus. Excellent communication skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Strong listening skills and empathy. Additional beneficial qualifications: Background or passion for automotive, heavy equipment, marine, or dealership industries. Experience with inventory management systems. Customer-centric attitude.
