Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Industrial Master Mechanic/Electrician at our Wadsworth, IL location. The role involves performing maintenance, preventive maintenance, and repair of industrial equipment. Responsibilities include diagnosing and troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues, maintaining heavy equipment, and ensuring the smooth operation of machinery. The individual will work closely with other team members to implement solutions that maximize equipment efficiency and operational uptime. Qualifications Proficiency in Maintenance, Preventive Maintenance, and Maintenance & Repair tasks. Experience with Heavy Equipment and the ability to manage associated systems efficiently. Strong skills in Troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues in industrial machinery. Strong attention to detail, safety‑conscious mindset, and ability to work hands‑on in an industrial environment. High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or relevant certifications are a plus. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as an industrial mechanic or electrician, preferably in manufacturing or a related field.
