Patient Registration Clerk

Schedule and register all patients for planned hospital services. Obtain pre-certification and verification of benefits on all scheduled patient services. High School Diploma or GED required One year healthcare registration preferred Experience in certification/verification of insurance preferred Strong communication skills, verbal, written and visual Demonstrated clerical skills including telephone, filing, customer services, office equipment and data input Strong organizational skills including independent problem resolution and establish priorities Basic Medical Terminology preferred or competent within three months of employment Ability to obtain certification within Access Management within one year preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr Hannibal Regional
