HRIS Project Manager

SUMMARY

We are seeking an experienced HRIS Project Manager to lead strategic HR technology initiatives. The ideal candidate will have experience managing Workday and/or Oracle HCM projects, including implementations, upgrades, integrations, and new module deployments. This role will work closely with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of critical HRIS projects.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead HRIS project initiatives involving Workday and/or Oracle HCM.
Manage full project lifecycles including planning, requirements gathering, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support.
Coordinate system implementations, upgrades, integrations, and enhancements.
Lead the deployment of new modules and functionality within Workday and/or Oracle HCM environments.
Partner with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to define project objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
Facilitate project meetings, manage project documentation, and communicate project status to leadership.
Identify project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure successful project execution.
Coordinate vendor and stakeholder activities throughout the project lifecycle.
Drive user adoption and support change management efforts related to HR technology initiatives.

QUALIFICATIONS

Proven experience managing HRIS projects involving Workday and/or Oracle HCM.
Experience leading system implementations, upgrades, integrations, or new module deployments.
Strong understanding of HRIS project methodologies and best practices.
Experience managing cross-functional stakeholders and project teams.
Demonstrated success delivering complex HR technology projects on schedule.
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
