We are seeking a compassionate, dependable, and detail-oriented professional to provide high-quality in-home support to clients in need of assistance with daily living activities. What You’ll Do

• Assist clients with personal care needs, such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting, as appropriate to the care plan.
• Support mobility and transfers while following safe practices and client-specific instructions.
• Provide light housekeeping, laundry, meal preparation, and other household support tasks.
• Offer companionship, emotional support, and respectful conversation to promote well-being.
• Monitor and report changes in client condition, behavior, or environment to the appropriate supervisor or care team.
• Help clients follow routines, medications reminders when permitted, and appointments as directed.
• Maintain accurate documentation of services provided, when required.
• Follow all safety, infection control, and privacy guidelines.
