Position : Business Office Manager (BOM)

We’re Hiring a Business Office Manager!

We’re seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Business Office Manager to join our team. In this essential role, you’ll oversee the administrative functions of the business office, ensuring smooth operations, compliance with regulations, and high-quality service to residents and families.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Manage the daily operations of the business office, including billing, collections, and resident accounts
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
  • Maintain accurate financial records and reports
  • Process insurance claims and coordinate with third-party payers
  • Supervise office staff, providing training and support as needed
  • Coordinate communication between families, residents, and staff
  • Assist with payroll and scheduling as needed

Qualifications :

  • Previous experience as a Business Office Manager, or in a similar administrative role in a healthcare setting
  • Strong understanding of billing and insurance processes in long-term care
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff
  • Proficiency in office software and data management systems
