Job Duties

• Preparing and managing bids for construction and residential service.
• Take-offs and estimation of equipment, labor, and materials.
• Prepare equipment selections, estimates and quotes on site with customers and present pricing in a confident manner.
• Experience in obtaining and evaluating material, equipment, and subcontractor quotes.
• Coordinate delivery of product from the manufacturer to jobsites using various manufacturer's software and email communication
• Managing multiple bids simultaneously and evaluating changes through a bid process.
• Ensure thorough communication with manufacturer, internal sales staff and the customer

QUALIFICATIONS:

• PREFFERED: 3-5 years commercial and Residential service and maintenance estimating or project management experience.
• Must be able to work in a fast paced environment and work under pressure.
• Must have extensive/strong computer/Service Titan and phone experience.
• Must be able to handle multiple projects and work independently.
• Must be multi-tasking, extremely organized and a team player.
• Self-motivated and quick learner
• Prepare detailed project proposals
• Perform vendor solicitations to develop project costs
• Work directly with in-house staff to create estimates

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Base Pay Plus Commission
