PlaterIn this role, candidates will be involved in plating, cleaning, and inspecting various parts. While the job can be repetitive, once the process is mastered, it becomes straightforward. You will be working collaboratively with others and must demonstrate attention to detail.ResponsibilitiesInspect parts before, during, and after processing to ensure quality.Prepare products for plating, place them into the bath, and monitor the timing of the process.Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.Document each piece that is plated.Process parts independently while keeping track of processing times.Gather pieces, run them through the process, conduct quality checks, and organize them.Essential SkillsAbility to lift up to 45 pounds.Proficiency in working within a team environment.Comfortable working in environments that can become warm.Comfortable with repetitive tasks.Additional Skills & QualificationsA can-do attitude and willingness to assist where needed.Why Work Here?Enjoy strong growth opportunities as the company has recently made significant investments. Flexible shift options are available: 1st shift from 7:00am-3:30pm, 2nd shift from 2:30pm-11:00pm, and 3rd shift from 11:00pm-7:30am. This position offers a great potential for growth, and candidates have the flexibility to work additional hours if desired.Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of West Springfield, MA.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr.Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
