We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team at Kids Club ABA - VA, a leading provider of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy for children. As a BCBA, you will play a vital role in our mission to provide individualized, high-quality care while creating a happy and fun environment that fosters growth, development, and success.
About the Role:
As a BCBA, you will be responsible for developing and overseeing individualized behavior intervention plans, conducting assessments, and adjusting treatment strategies. You will also supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), collaborate with families and clinical team members, and maintain documentation to ensure quality care.
What You Bring:
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
Master's degree in ABA or related field
2+ years of experience working with children with autism
Strong understanding of ABA principles
Strong communication and teamwork skills
