- Be the first friendly face our customers see
- Gather customer & vehicle info like a pro
- Listen, care, and clearly explain what’s needed
- Keep customers updated (no one likes being in the dark)
- Team up with techs to deliver top-notch repairs
- Hand back vehicles with confidence and clarity
- Create service experiences that WOW every time
Who We’re Looking For:
- People-person with energy to spare
- Previous customer service or sales experience (bonus points for auto know-how)
- Killer communication skills, in person & on the phone
- Organized multitasker who thrives under pressure
- Hungry to learn, eager to grow, and ready to shine
- Willing to pass a background check & drug screen
