Job Number: 10231 Located in: Woodburn, OR Pay: $28 to $30 per hour Schedule: Monday – Thursday; 6:00am – 4:30pm This is a temp-to-hire position. Our client in Woodburn is seeking a hands‑on Millwright to support maintenance and repair operations within a manufacturing environment. This role will focus on troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining a variety of equipment including forklifts and production machinery. The ideal candidate will bring a strong mechanical background along with welding and fabrication experience. Key Responsibilities: Perform maintenance and repairs on forklifts and industrial machinery Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and basic electrical systems Complete welding and fabrication projects to support equipment repairs and modifications Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance to minimize downtime Diagnose issues and implement effective repair solutions Read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints Maintain a safe and organized work environment Collaborate with maintenance and operations teams to improve equipment performance Qualifications: Previous experience as a Millwright or Industrial Maintenance Mechanic Strong skills in welding and fabrication Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, and basic electrical systems Ability to troubleshoot and repair a variety of industrial equipment Experience working on forklifts or similar heavy equipment preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr Pacific Staffing, LLC
