AdviniaCare Waterview Villa, a premier senior living community, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Dietician to join our team. As a Dietician, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and operating the Dining Services Department to ensure the highest quality of nutritional services for our residents. 20-24 hours per week. Responsibilities Meet sanitation standards and ensure the preparation and serving of all therapeutic diets Educate department staff in all aspects of dietary functions Assure the planning, preparation, and serving of all therapeutic diets Oversee maintenance of sufficient inventory according to policy and procedure Formulate menu planning within accepted therapeutic guidelines Ensure quality and quantity of all food delivery Demonstrate correct safety techniques Be knowledgeable in and ensure staff comply with privacy practices to protect residents’ health information Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in Dietetics from an accredited college or university Current registration as a dietician by the Committee of Dietetic Registration Minimum one (1) year experience in a supervisory capacity in a hospital, skilled nursing care facility, or other related medical facility preferred Training in cost control, food management, diet therapy, etc. preferred New graduates welcome!
