Details:
- Modality: NP or PA with occupational health experience
- Med Surveillance Questionnaire review, physical exams/DOT, injury (initial) eval first aid/treatment.
- Schedule: M-TH, 6:30a-5p k required
- Clinic closes at 4:00pm on Fridays
- Hours: 40 hours per week, 17 weeks
Compensation
