Software EngineerLocation: RemoteWe are transitioning from a legacy stack (Ruby on Rails, React, Python services) to a modern architecture built on Java Spring Boot and Rust. We are looking for a strong engineer who can contribute to new development as well as help improve existing systems.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain front-end applications using Java-based frameworks.Build backend services using Java Spring Boot and Rust.Analyze current legacy components and recommend improvements.Design modular, reusable, and scalable system components.Build internal tools supporting AI workflows (debugging, experiment tracking, CI automation).Develop application features that enable A/B testing.Required SkillsDesign, develop, and maintain front-end applications using Java frameworks.Experience with modular system design and scalable architectures.Hands-on experience with modernization or migration projects.Ability to build internal tooling for engineering or AI teams.Understanding of experimentation frameworks and A/B testing design.
