Job Title: Data Analyst

Job Summary:

We are seeking skilled Data Analysts to join our team. The role involves managing data infrastructure, building monitoring dashboards, and executing marketing segmentation tasks. The position requires technical expertise in data pipeline management, dashboard creation, and campaign logic maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Data Infrastructure Management - 2 DA Contractors
  • Ownership of pipeline creation, maintenance, documentation, and productionization.
  • Map data infrastructure to document SOT for each metric, upstream dependencies, and potential critical points of failure.
  • Own, update and optimize associated Databricks jobs and document ongoing maintenance plans.
  • Assess and productionalize Snowflake collab tables, develop transition documentation, and migrate to production.
  • Set up automated alerting for critical data dependencies and experience flows.
• Monitoring Dashboard & Maintenance - 2 DA Contractors
  • Build and maintain automated dashboards for product, BA, and leadership use.
  • Audit current Tableau suite to determine sunset vs optimization for existing dashboards.
  • Work with stakeholders to understand monitoring needs across teams & experiences.
  • Deliver monitoring proposal and build required dashboards, maintaining them for the contract duration.
• Marketing / Launch Segmentation - 2 DA Contractors
  • Technical execution, audience validation, and code governance for email and APEX campaigns.
  • Build, validate and maintain logic for email and APEX campaigns.
  • Conduct code reviews with the BA team to ensure accuracy.

Required Qualifications:

Candidates should possess relevant experience in data analysis, infrastructure management, and dashboard creation. Familiarity with tools such as Databricks, Snowflake, Tableau, and APEX is essential.
