Must have Strong Experience in Quick Books Online.

Candidates should have experience in the logistics field, specifically Drayage. Practical application experience in a 3PL warehouse dealing with heavy commercial freight is essential, as well.

Must have the ability to perform entry-level to apply basic concepts of accounting and/or financial management. Strong communication skills and basic problem solving acuity and basic experience with Microsoft Office tools, preferably Excel. Must have experience with Quick Books Online.

 

Job Duties Include -

-Accounts Payables

-Accounts Receivables

-Tax Accounting

-Accounting-related tasks, such as scanning receipts, organization, collecting and consolidating supporting documentation for invoices etc. Requirements: - knowledge of QuickBooks (online version preferred), excellent Excel skills - positive/professional attitude, passion for accounting, eager to take on challenges.
