X-Ray Technologist

Location: Las Vegas, NV
Job Type: Full-Time
Pay: $28 - $35/hr (DOE)

Summary

Seeking a licensed X-Ray Technologist to perform diagnostic imaging procedures while ensuring patient safety, image quality, and excellent patient care. This role supports multiple locations and requires flexibility to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

Perform diagnostic X-ray examinations per physician orders.
Position patients and obtain high-quality images.
Verify patient identity and exam orders.
Follow radiation safety and ALARA guidelines.
Maintain accurate imaging documentation and records.
Perform routine equipment checks and report issues.
Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff.

Requirements

Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program.
Current ARRT (R) certification.
Active Nevada Radiologic Technologist license.
Current BLS/CPR certification.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Ability and willingness to travel between multiple locations.
Strong communication and patient care skills.

Preferred

Experience in outpatient, orthopedic, pain management, urgent care, or ambulatory surgery settings.
Experience with EMR, PACS, and RIS systems.
Experience in a high-volume clinical environment.
