Start dates: ASAP - Any Monday

Shift: 3x12

Nights 1900-0730

Weekends: Every Other

Years of experience REQ: 2 years

MN state license (not a compact state), BLS

Locals accepted: NO candidate cannot live within 25 miles of the facility

RTO Restrictions: Finalized RTO must be included with submission.

No RTO within first week of start date.

No more than 10 days of RTO per assignment
