CNA/HHA - $20 to $23/Hour - Flexible Shifts

SYNERGY HomeCare is urgently hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and Home Health Aides (HHAs) in Plainville, MA . We are seeking dependable caregivers who want flexible scheduling, steady weekly pay, and meaningful work helping clients remain comfortable and independent at home.

What You’ll Do

As a CNA/HHA, you’ll provide compassionate in-home support tailored to each client’s needs. Your responsibilities may include:

• Assisting with personal care and activities of daily living

• Helping clients with mobility, transfers, and positioning

• Providing companionship and emotional support

• Preparing meals and assisting with feeding when needed

• Performing light housekeeping

• Supporting daily routines and maintaining a safe environment

• Following care plans and reporting client concerns

Qualifications

• Active CNA or HHA certification

• Previous caregiving experience preferred

• Dependable, compassionate, and patient

• Strong communication skills

• Comfortable working independently in a client’s home
